We have some important news about our December LumiBox.
For the first time in almost a year we've hit a huge problem in the process of sending out this month's LumiBox. Each month there is a whole complicated and coordinated effort to order all the product from multiple artists and sellers, receive all the correct numbers on time, and get all the products packed and shipped by the 17th of each month. We try to plan out as far in advance as possible.
This month we had a special LumiBox planned that would be different than any box we've done in the past. Unfortunately, we just received word from the individual we are partnering with that the main product has been delayed, and we won't be able to receive enough of the product before the end of December.
My husband and I worked really hard the last few days to try to figure out an alternative, but there just isn't enough time to get a substitute product together that would be worth the value and quality we hold LumiBox to.
To make sure you have the best experience possible, we've decided to push this month's box back to January. This means you have two options:
1. If you are subscribed and do nothing, we will automatically push this month's subscription back one month. You won't be charged anything and you won't lose a box, this month's box will arrive in January instead of December.
2. Or we can refund your full purchase or subscription. Just send an email to team@LumiBox.co and put "REFUND: YOUR NAME" in the subject line. (Include the name of the person who purchased the subscription in the subject line)
We realize a lot of you purchased LumiBox subscriptions as Christmas gifts. We were very excited for this month's special box, and we are sorry for any inconvenience and for letting you down.
